Chief Executive Officer
Scott is the founder of the business with a talent for delivering the most difficult and challenging projects by bringing knowledge, experience and an open-handed approach to communication with our clients, professional teams, supply chain and colleagues. He has a wealth of experience that ranges from gutsy refurbishments to high-end retail fit outs. His leadership has led the business to year-on-year growth. Scott comes from a carpentry background, where he learnt an attention to detail that has been put to effective use in the construction industry for over 30 years.
Chief Financial Officer
As our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Sonny has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation and management of all our finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. Sonny has spent over 20 years in the LME trading markets and has senior leadership experience as MD of metals trading at JP Morgan. He is an innovator and the driving force behind our culture of sustainability and environment.
John has more than 30 years’ experience in Construction in a range of leadership roles. He brings a strong track record of driving growth, delivering strategic plans and a wealth of experience in Design and Build Construction across all industry aspects. Until November 2019, John was an Operations Director at Mace Ltd and ISG Ltd respectively. He has completed many notable projects and is a CIOB Construction Manager of the Year. In 2010 and 2016 he won two BCO awards for commercial fit-out projects. He sits on our Corporate Responsibility Committee, has worked throughout the EMEA and is focused on providing market-leading client services in each of the sectors we operate in.
Billy has worked for Redbrooks since our formation, and over the years has managed construction works and delivered many residential developments. He has also worked on data centre building projects and managed many healthcare refurbishment projects for several different NHS trusts. Billy is driven by a will to succeed and likes forging excellent client relationships. Now in the role of Contracts Manager, he is a key part of our senior management team who works collaboratively to ensure company growth that’s driven by excellence.
Mark Russell is our Managing Surveyor, where he manages all aspects of the Commercial Department. He has vast experience within the Construction Industry working on projects valuing from Five Hundred Thousand to Twenty Million Pounds and has worked on prestigious projects such as 1 Hyde Park and 103-104 Eaton Square (Belgian Embassy). Mark has a Bachelor of Science with Honours (First Class) in Quantity Surveying.
Head of Design
Lloyd has been with Redbrooks for 10 years, He is our Head of Design, constantly developing the way we use light gauge steel in construction with the aid of our engineers and draftsman. Lloyd works closely with our bespoke software designer which allows him to design properties across the UK and Europe. He is able to work under pressure providing accurate drafting/engineering packs on time and still maintain professionalism at all times, he has a passion for finding design solutions and is a great asset to the business, utilising his design and build experience.
Technical Services Manager
David is a highly motivated Engineer with over 30 years’ experience working within a variety of different critical environments which include the support of a Bank trading functions, Nuclear Power Plants, MoD Project Management and Data Centre Engineering Management. He is a high performing individual, demonstrating drive, enthusiasm and attention to detail who can work under pressure. He has a wealth of knowledge and enjoys operational challenges and problem solving and prides himself in ‘making a difference’. His professionalism enables him to communicate effectively at all levels and develop positive working relationships across the board.
Head of Estimating
Ken has over 50 years’ experience in the building industry having started his career working for the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham and then The London borough of Newham. At the start of 1980 Ken joined Fordham Brothers as the chief estimator and then setting up a Special Works division working for blue chip clients such as BT, Dairy crest, St Ivel, Metropolitan Police, various London Boroughs as well as private clients. He has an extensive skill set and an abundance of knowledge in his field through his many years of experience so he makes a great asset to Redbrooks as Head of Estimating.
Business Development Manager
Grant is an experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction sector, particularly in the steel industry. During his career he has also been director of two different commodity brokerage companies, working directly with the senior traders of US banks and hedge funds over the last 30 years. Grant is skilled in negotiation, sales, team building and marketing and has a passion for client service and solution finding. He also has a desire to help change the world’s vision of house building for the better. In his spare time, Grant stars in his own Blues band and is a key person in managing and planning charity activities for O2E.org
Jena has been with Redbrooks since it was established and has enjoyed watching and helping it grow into the successful business it is today with a very bright future. She is responsible for the financial wellbeing of the organisation. She prides herself in having great organisation skills with the highest professional manor, reliable and eager to continue to learn and improve her skill set within her role.
Kate is responsible for Redbrooks Quality Management System. Her role is to inspect procedures and policies to identify mistakes or non-conformity issues throughout the company and before the product reaches customers. Redbrook’s Management system is certified by ISO 9001 and Kate monitors all operations that affect quality ensuring we work to ISO standards. She demonstrates strong organisational, analytical and leadership skills which are key for keeping the company on track.
Finance & Office Manager
Natalie’s financial career spans more than 25 years, during which time she has gained extensive experience in Sage Accounts & Sage Payroll in a wide range of disciplines, providing the full suite of preparing, managing, recording and reporting on all financial transactions, receipts, invoices, payments & income. In addition to her financial role she oversees the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
